This luggage rack is designed to freely load a backpack or bag using straps or elastic bands (not supplied), or to attach a universal top box plate (not supplied).

Assembly is simple and does not require any drilling. Pre-assembled plastics are also included in the strap fixing holes, which prevent abrasion to the straps themselves in case of use.
