When developing the GRANIT™ Super Extreme 2500, great attention was paid to the best possible resistance to attacks with cordless electric grinders, as attempts to break bicycle locks in this way are increasingly frequent in large cities. Our special blend of Wolfram carbide materials around the arch and body of the lock is the answer to this phenomenon and gives thieves even more trouble. The shackle, housing and supporting parts of the lock are made of hardened steel.
The extremely robust "Made in Germany" quality arch lock secures bikes against brutal theft attempts. The ABUS XPlus™ cylinder offers additional protection against clever opening methods such as picking.
The USH 2500 anti-theft mount is easy to attach to your bike: plastic-coated metal attachment straps and optional screw holes provide flexibility. To prevent the lock from moving while running, it is securely attached to the USH 2500 with both ends of the bow.
