Pros: Very flexible, hip zip adjustments, accommodating to larger arms/chest, adjustable pockets in elbows to properly place flexible armor, metal zipper is easier to use then men's plastic zipper. Cons: Needs more pockets, the men's version has pockets on the chest the don't exist on the women's version, the armor in the women's version isn't as protective as the men's.
