I use four seasons

When the development process for the Trench GTX began, our goal was to create a fashionable city jacket with all the functional and protective features you would normally only find in high-end touring jackets. It's a jacket designed for long-distance urban commuters, riders riding 365 days a year, in any type of weather imaginable. Mission accomplished. The laminated GORE-TEX® exterior is extremely breathable and, as you would surely expect, 100% waterproof. Because it is a laminate exterior, there is virtually zero water absorption, so the jacket will always stay dry. This plays a very important role in preventing hypothermia during winter outings or on colder days. When used with the included thermal lining, there is unrivaled breathability to make this jacket comfortable to wear in warmer conditions. So, you have here an almost four-season jacket, except when it is extremely hot. Unparalleled airflow on demand is offered by our VCS|aquadefence ventilation system, conveniently positioned on the chest, yet elegantly integrated into the design. Warm, moist air that could potentially be trapped inside the jacket can easily escape through the vents on the back. In terms of protection, the Trench GTX Jacket is well equipped. You'll find SEESMART™ CE level 2 protectors on the shoulders and elbows, and it's prepared for our SEESOFT™ CE level 2 back protector insert.
