When you start traveling you create new experiences that sometimes go far beyond your imagination. We want to make sure you can fully enjoy these moments while keeping you as comfortable and protected as possible. That's why we designed the Defender 3 GTX Pants. It's a versatile pair of pants that are set up to deal with any type of weather you might encounter on the road. To keep you comfortable in cold, wet weather, we've equipped them with a removable 3-layer GORE-TEX waterproof lining, along with a removable thermal liner for insulation in colder temperatures. The exterior is equipped with elastic inserts above the knees and below the waist to increase freedom of movement during active or off-road riding. When the temperature starts to rise while riding, you can easily open the VCS ventilation areas on the upper legs and secure them with the Fidlock® magnetic closure. By opening the vent at the back of the pocket, you will create a constant flow of air through the trousers keeping your upper legs cool and comfortable. Underneath the rugged ripstop exterior, we've integrated SEESMART CE-level 1 hip protectors and SEEFLEX CE-level 2 height-adjustable knee protectors. To increase abrasion resistance on high-impact areas of the exterior , we added a multi-layered protective print to the knee area. There are large pockets to store your essentials, including two waterproof pockets at the waist which are of the slit type and waterproof pockets on the upper legs. These side pockets have zippers to ensure items stay inside where they belong. To get the perfect fit you can adjust the straps at the waist and calves. With hook-and-loop closures on the calves, you can adjust the pants to fit any pair of boots you might use. Furthermore, these trousers are equipped with ventilation zips, grip areas on the seat, long and short connection zips and finally reflective elements on the calves; it's all integrated, for your convenience once you're on the trails. No matter the weather, with the versatile and durable Defender 3 GTX Pants you're completely ready to make the most of your next adventure.
