This is the first balaclava where I don't have any issues. It is long down the neck all around (the previous one I had did not cover the neck well in the back, only in the front). It does not cover the nose, which I find suffocating even if it is cold. It also does not limit my lateral visibility. Moreover, the Alpinestar logos in the top and sides make you look less like a thug when you walk around with it on (for instance, to pay at the gas station). This is something that actually bothered me with an all-black balaclava. (Posted on 06/01/2017)Overall

Serves its purpose keeping sweat and hair away from the helmet liner. In the warm weather and when you off your bike it can be a little too warm, but when riding, airflow is great and it doesn't obstruct your vision. (Posted on 09/03/2018)Overall
