The helmet is super light weight, well built, has a high quality liner, and has excellent air cooling and air flow thru the vents. The negatives are that the cheek pad are really tight, even with the thinnest pads available, and the visor has no notches. Even in the down but not fully closed position, there is virtually no air flow into the helmet. The visor notches allow a quick defog or quick cool air on your face.
