i ordered these crash bars after seeing them on a friends f650gs. i was a little scheptical about them at first as i had heard some reviews of them not fitting a f700gs without issues.
i received them in the mail today (unfortunately delayed by 2 days - due to the storm) but all in all from shipping date to reaching date (first attempt from fedex) was just 4 business days. thats impressive for an international order.
it took me about 30 minutes to install after sorting out all the bolts and attachment pieces. i can say it fit like a glove. anyone with half a brain can install tis crash bar themselves. the only thing i would suggest is connecting the left and right bar in the centre first but don't tighten up all the screws and that may make it easier.
i like them a lot as its perfect to even stretch your legs on long rides and don't have to attach any foot pegs etc.the bars look strong enough as my last crash bars from puig which i also loved but at this price, hell you could buy a new set every few years.
