I have a C3 Pro and a C5. The C5 is wonderful and the integrated communications are excellent, but Sena actually isn't my first choice for communications - I actually prefer Cardo because I think Cardo outperforms Sena. With the C5, however, you are pretty much committed to using Sena. I find that the C3 pro is every bit as comfortable as the C5 (although the venting on the C5 is a little better) and I use mine interchangeably without noticing a significant difference. The 25% savings for the C3 Pro is no small thing and goes a long way to offsetting the cost of the Cardo system that I would rather have. Fitting the Cardo to the C3 Pro is not nearly as easy as installing the SC2 on the C5, but it is not insanely difficult either. The integrated SC2 is very sleek, but if I want to charge it up during a midday lunch break, I need to bring the whole helmet in with me, whereas with my C3 Pro and my Cardo, I can easily detach the Cardo and just bring it in to charge. Bottom line, the C3 Pro is 95% as nice as the C5 (and IMHO it is superior in some ways) and it costs 75% as much. I ended up buying a second C3 Pro when I needed another helmet. It's that good.
