Versatility and comfort. These are the concepts behind the Escape S crank, a combination of functionality and attention to design. Designed to satisfy the practicality of daily or off-road use. Escape S, made from billet aluminium, accommodates EPDM rubber which dampens vibrations and provides the grip necessary for a comfortable and more relaxed driving feeling. The rubber is easy to mount and fits perfectly into the crank teeth. No detail has been left out, the surface finish is characterized by two different meanings, which represent the very essence of this accessory: Altera Texture, an exclusive design by Rizoma, which sees the inclination and arrangement of its modules in order to optimize the grip, and the All Terrain design that evokes the desire to explore all trails, even the less traveled ones. In fact, by removing the EPDM insert, the crank arm is transformed and adapts to more aggressive use. The external teeth, in satin steel, are directed so as to avoid loss of lateral grip, especially when the rider exerts greater foot pressure on the outermost part of the crank. Thanks to the 45 mm wide support base, you get excellent grip with the boot and greater control in a standing riding position. Finally, the body of the crank arm is hollow, so as to lighten its weight and reduce the risk of retaining muddy residues, and with its 81 mm in length it allows greater agility on the narrowest tracks.
