I have always worn a mesh jacket when touring in hot weather. However, when riding in temperatures that exceed 30°C (86°F), the risk of heat stroke is very high. Wearing this cooling vest inside a mesh jacket actually cools me down. (Of course, it depends on the environment. ) There is also a battery-powered cooling vest, but this one is convenient even when traveling because all you have to do is fill it with 500㎖ of water and wear it. In use, it is cost-effective, easy to wear, and makes riding in hot weather considerably more comfortable. Recommendation.
